Digital Companies and Digital Property

 

Digital companies and digital property are important instruments for the fair distribution of digital value added, which is generated by the digitalization of economic activity and is characterized by extraordinary returns on invested capital.

 

Digital companies are economic entities of different countries and different forms of business organization, which are registered in the legal field of the member countries of the international digital institutional platform, which is deployed on the basis of the Agreement to Establish the International Corporation (Hub) for the Management of Sustainable Development Projects, and who have their id (identifier) on this platform.

 

Digital property is individual and publicly available knowledge, information, relations and functional systems that are presented in digital form and placed in a global system of communications to create added value, public good and profit. Digital property can be owned by individuals, companies, communities and society. Transactions with digital property, its regulation, taxation and legal support are carried out through digital companies, accounting systems (registries and repositories), as well as through digital accounts of banks and transaction systems.

 

Digital property is the legitimization of intangible assets on the basis of international digital institutes, financial and banking system and national jurisdictions.
